Our monthly managed customers pay per device. Monthly managed services include enterprise grade antivirus/antispam software, Microsoft OS Updates and patching, 24/7 device monitoring, endless Help Desk services, remote and onsite support options, application and software licensing management, email filtration suite setup and management, and user training / assistance with products. A la carte services for one-off support are billed per hour. Hourly discounts are given when purchasing hours in block time agreements.
MSP Match Uses enterprise level firewalls, email filtration, antivirus/antispam, and maintains equipment while tracking its age and end of life timeframes. We maintain backups of your data, and hosted application data to make sure we have redundancy. We have user cyber security training to make sure that security is on the forefront of your users minds. As you may know, most criminals breach the network through network users. Humans are the weakest link in an organization, resulting in around 95% of network breaches around the world.
Yes, we do! We provide our IRCP program to every monthly managed service customer free of charge, making sure that they are in compliance with not only their government obligations, but also their insurance compliances on their cyber policy. By setting up the network properly, clients can hand over their IRCP documentation, and may be given additional discounts on their insurance premiums.
